End-of-tenancy turnarounds for landlords and letting agents — priced per property size, not per hour. Office deep-spring, restaurant kitchen reset, post-event reset, periodic carpet and upholstery refresh. Quoted by the job after a walkthrough. You see the price before we lift a cloth.

Most cleaning quotes you've had probably came over the phone, sight unseen, with a vague hourly rate and no real plan. Ours don't. We walk the site, listen to what you actually need, scope it properly, and come back with a price you can hold us to.

Once you sign off, the same crew assigned to your site shows up every visit. If something changes, you talk to Jamie, not a call centre.

Pricing

Indicative rates, not surprise invoices.

Recurring & hourly — £20 per hour per cleaner. £40 minimum callout. Recurring contracts scale by frequency and footprint, scoped after walkthrough.

End of tenancy — 1 bed from £185, 2 bed from £200, 3 bed from £245, 4 bed from £305. Add-ons: oven deep clean from £45, conservatory £27, additional bathroom £18.

One-offs & deep cleans — quoted by the job after walkthrough. Most fall in the £135–£540 range depending on scope.

Quotes valid for 30 days. No minimum-term lock-in — recurring contracts run on rolling monthly terms. Full pricing on the prices page.
